Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Only Exchange Policy:

We do not accept returns for any items purchased. Once an item is purchased, it is considered final sale with an option for store credit/exchange if the item is unused.

  • All sales are final, and we do not entertain any return requests.
  • Please ensure that the items you choose to purchase are the items you intend to keep, as we do not offer refunds - only exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All products sold are non-returnable, including but not limited to outfits on website, custom orders and outfits purchased outside of the website (i.e. WhatsApp)
  • Returns will be only be accepted if incorrect or damaged as stated above. Exchanges or store credit can be considered.
